Under OSHA and the appropriate state agencies, emergency responder training is required for hazardous waste operations and facilities which store and use hazardous materials.

Spring Environmental develops and continues to provide training opportunities to the Inland Northwest.  Multiple courses are offered to cover federal and state regulations for Inland Northwest consultants, industry representatives and emergency responders. The training includes but is not limited to: overview of chemical properties, regulatory changes, personal protective equipment, confined space procedures, medical evaluations, waste management, transportation, identification, and emergency response procedures.

Clients: Avista Utilities, City of Spokane, Honeywell, Nez Perce Tribe, Rathdrum Power, Sunshine Disposal, US Army Corps of Engineers, and more.

  • HAZWOPER – Initial 40 hour training and 8 hour refresher
